This luxurious plant based faux leather collection is the first introduction of 54” Flame Resistant vinyl upholstery that is produced with a majority of Natural Plant Based compounds made directly from renewable resources. The backing, which is 25% of the fabric’s weight, is made with Tencel+Plus™ Lyocell fiber from Eucalyptus. 37% of the fabric’s weight is a compound of plant oils and limestone. As far as we know, this is the first time that a decorative contract quality upholstery vinyl collection in being offered with a majority of components combined from Plant Based natural resources. The full grain luxurious textures of all of these styles feel, look and upholster like the finest top grain European leathers. Tencel+Plus™ Lyocell fiber from Eucalyptus is harvested from FSC certified forests and may contribute toward LEED points. Large samples for client presentations available.
