The Folio collection is made up of six designs based on tree, branch and leaf forms. Stylized and simplified, the designs form intriguing patterns of positive and negative space. With each tile, each pattern element is defined by its texture: the design is formed by the light, shadow and reflectance of their various textures. The design is implied rather than blatant, and changes when seen from different angles.

The designs in the collection work together, alone and in pairs, as well as offering endless design possibilities when mixed with solid tiles or other textures. Mixing areas of two or more colors in the same pattern can create an unusual effect, where the pattern continues, yet the color changes.

The nature-inspired motif offers a unique set of design options. The Folio collection is ideal for interior spaces requiring a comfortable, natural ambiance, and in situations where the design intent is to ‘bring the outside, in.’ The Folio collection mixes well with a wide range of interior styles, from classic and transitional to the clean lines of retro and modern.

With its integrated and coordinated palette, Folio completes Johnsonite’s offer of a fully coordinated and integrated high-performance flooring system which includes rubber, linoleum, homogeneous and heterogeneous vinyl, stairwell solutions, finishing borders, transitions and other finishing accessories.
